I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The cleanliness of the room was superb. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was very close to the metro station and not far from the city center.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Excellent location and internet connection was pretty good. Staff were very helpful. Metro is a 2 min walk.
This is not a business hotel. No facilities at all. However for short city trips it is very good. The water pump or generator in each bathroom is extremely loud, every time a tap or flush is used.

I appreciated the free wireless internet.
The main problem with this hotel is noise. The rooms are located right above a pub which plays loud music especially on weekend nights. Add to that the street noise and the fact that walls between rooms are very thin.

The staff were nice and helpful, great location near the metro, easy access to central Moscow and rail lines, New Year's gift of champagne and chocolate, clean rooms.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Hotel staff, design, tranquil atmosphere, location.
The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel had pre-authorized my debit card and it took three weeks to get my money back.

Generally, no complains. Close to metro station. Excellent value for money. Spacious and comfortable room. Would be nice to have a double bed for single stay instead of two single beds, mini fridge and double curtains.
Uncomfortable pillows. Absence of the hotel lobby.

Great location, close to a metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was good value for money and we could choose from a variety of options. the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere.
Our experience was soured by a few negatives. our room wasn't ready on time and we had to wait 15 minutes before being given a room that was not an upgrade as promised.

Noise (music) from the restaurant on the first floor until 0:00.

The staff in pub next door was very helpful
1)Receptionists were not helpful at all. 2)No information for tourists, such as night clubs, restaurants, transportation. 3)They pre- authorised my credit card and they charged me twice! And after 11 days, they still haven't refund me. Wouldn't recommend this place at all if its your first trip to Moscow

The hotel’s central location was very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The clean room and bathroom were pleasant and well-maintained. I appreciated the hot and cold drinking water provided on the floor.
During my stay, my room was uncomfortably warm, despite the small ventilator provided. Opening the window didn't help as there was no fresh air.

The receptionists were always kind and helpful. The procedures were straightforward and simple, and they helped with getting the "invitation" sorted out for the visa process. The location near Baumanskaya tube was convenient for the city centre. The bathrooms were clean and functional, and the shower was excellent.
There were no curtains on the skylight windows to keep out the morning light -- surely a couple of blinds would have been little expense and easy to install. I would have liked more of a "common area" where we could have sat out and chatted, but it was clearly not that kind of hotel. The breakfast was also ludicrously expensive -- they should cater for people who want some juice and coffee, or just a croissant, without a one-price-fits-all system which is really only worthwhile if you pig out. And the cleaner missed out one of our rooms one day.

Good location, not far from the center, very close to metro station. Fast and good staff, modern designed clean and comfortable room, free internet and much lower price for taxi reservation for the airport, in comparison with other hotels.
Only a roof window in my room (see nothing), no litter box and refrigerator in the room.

The hotel boasts an excellent location just a stone's throw away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity to choose from, including a nearby cafe that serves breakfast. the hotel is close to the center of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing.
The service seems to be lacking, as evidenced by one of the reviews where the maid made inappropriate comments towards a guest.

High international standard. Furniture is new and the room is clean.Only two metro stations to the centre and Red Square. A lot of restaurants and caffees close by.
We asked the night portier to order a taxi to take us to the airport on the following day, and she promised it would be there at 7.30 in the morning. In the morning, there where no taxi, and no portier, only a security guard, that did not know how to order a taxi. We had to scramble to get to the airport in time, and only because of outside friends did we succeed. Not very professional service in this particular case..
